Anonymous asked: With the clear polish and eyeshadow, I believe your previous anon was referring to a franken. You just mix shadow (pref loose) to create your own color. Can add shimmer and glitter too. Though some people will sprinkle loose shadow on top of a wet polish for a sort of galaxy effect.
