Color: Glamour Purse (Essie)Retail Price: $8.00 (USD) This shade is from Essie’s Fall 2011 collection. It’s a taupe with gray undertones. I suppose that essentially, it’s more of a nude than it is taupe, but you can be the ultimate judge of that. Perhaps it carefully treads the line between both taupe and nude. I was pleasantly surprised by the formula for this polish. It goes on so smooth, and application is really easy. I honestly felt like the polish just melted onto my fingernails and filled all the spots it needed to—that’s just how easy application is. The finish is really smooth and nice, and that’s what makes me like the shade most! I needed two coats to achieve bottle color. Disclosure: Product sample provided by Essie.
