I’m glad you’ve been inspired to try your hand at nail art! It’s really so much simpler than it looks, and it’s way fun! :)

Anyway, I’m not sure of any at-home substitutes for thin paintbrushes, but my “secret of the trade” is to just use regular paintbrushes from a craft store like Michaels. This is currently my favorite thin paintbrush, and of course, Amazon doesn’t have a price listed, but it set me back about $3.00, I think? (Compare it to the other things listed in the “Customers Who Bought This Item Also Bought” section.) So, if you purchase thin paintbrushes from the craft section, I think it’s a great way to save money.
